Just for smart people , Xperia Z ultra hard locked , how to make it free sim

I have sony z ultra from canada , its sim from bell company , i used all attempts to unlock it , with wrong unlock codes , so it frozen , the device it self working , but do not accept any other sim card , how do i can reset the count 
I need help ,

Thanks bro ,but as i told you the phone is not rgestered with my name it regestered to my brothers name , even that if i have a chance to visit experia care they will ask for my brother or they can traet withme instate of him ,?
