@Hamza4

If you stop by your local Xperia Care, they should be able to reset the count

@uliwooly As far as I'm aware and have been told by Rickard this needs to be done at a service centre as the eeprom needs to be re-programed, Hope this helps

@Hamza4 with regards to your messages to me - This can't be done by you at home as it needs to be re-programed and unless you are able to program chips and have the equipment and the software then simply put you can't

That means there no need to get it to its original company which is in canada , and i can tell that i sent it to local serves and they tried to unlock it with z3x box and octopus box ,,,etc but still not working because inside devices system bootloader unlck not allowed

Is there is any software name you can give to me in order to ask the local service  here in my city to use it to unlock the device

@Hamza4

SIM lock it's not the same as bootloader, you won't be able to unlock the bootloader because your phone it's network branded, you can SIM unlock the phone to use it with different networks. But you have to contact your local Xperia Care so they can reset the counter and of course get the code from either your carrier or buy it online.
