I shared my messages/comments in forum. The aim is, throw this open platform gather with facing same problem consumers to stress Sony for improvement.

Directly complaint is "No Use". It is because Sony will only treat it as "Individual" case to handle. But firmware update is not single or  "Individual" case. It relate to every Ion handset owner! I need to protect our interest and ask Sony to give us a Solid and Postive respond!!

Ok, here is word for word what the response is:
