I download the update for my xperia E dual with Sony PC Companion and i do all the steps for upgrade my device when i push the volume down key nothing happend and my android version is still 4.0 please help me

This volume down thing doesn't work, and i'm trying it to repair my phone that just doesn't want to recharge anymore...

Updated to jellybean yesterday. STAMINA mode is not available. Keyboard layout and skins added. App drawer serch not available, Themes changed. Notification area changed. Widgets, resizable. TIME TAKEN : 1 hour, thru PC Companion, USB cable.

Volume down button push while plugging the cord to phone is not working. No update happens on doing so, on the contary my phone starts charging. Can u please tell what exactly you did to make it work, tried many times still not working.

Do I have to take it to service center.

after upgrading my xperia e dual, my Album doesn't show any pictures at all and the phone screen freezing until i pull out the battery. pleae give some advice.

Perhaps this advice is work on your device

first backup your contact and photos from your phone to pc or labtop or external sd card and go to setting > backup & reset > factory data reset and select erace internal storage and reset your phone after that restore your contact and photos
