Jelly Bean B.96 - Acro S Charging Issue Today

Phone was at 41% last night, left in the charging dock over night and noticed in the morning the GREEN LED was not on.  Left phone in dock and unlocked screen and noticed charge was at 98% (should have been 100%).  

Took it out of the dock and grabbed the below two screenshots.  NOTE: Only unplugged for approximately 20 seconds.

Then put it back in the dock, the GREEN LED came on and within 10 minutes or so it was then showing 100%.

Mine also have had some weird charging behavior... though I think this has happen only once, maybe twice....

I put it in the charging dock, and verified that it was "charging" and next morning I woke up to this:

A slight discharge, even though I never touched it, and the phone does not show activities in that interval because it was "charging"... the app on that list are only taken into consideration when the phone is on battery...

@ply17410 - The handset will stop charging at 100% and will not start again till has dropped a few percent so seeing it like this is quite normal. Regarding the battery screen shot, always try to have it on for a while off charge before taking the screen shot as 24 seconds will not give you much information to go on.
