Issues after ICS Upgrade

Hello,

Since upgrading my Xperia P to ICS I am facing signal strenght issues with my phone.

to be more specific after every call that i disconnect my phone shows no network at all and after a few seconds signals come back again.

it is very irritating sometimes as i am not able to connect immediately after disconnecting a call and have to wait for some time.

I am not sure if the support team has got such issues?

even i had the same issue as you have that after disconeccting a call the networks drops down to zero and again comes back in a few seconds !! i have already mentioned the solution  to this in my earlier posts !! the easiest way is to go to settings->mobile networks-> and use the gsm only mode rather than the wcdma/gsm mode !! this  will resolve ur problem for the time being till a fix is issued for the same !! however this means u will only be able to use gprs and wont be able  to use 3g if is kept on gsm mode !! so if u a 3g user try using wcdma mode only and check whether the problem persits (i dnt knw whether it works with wcdma mode only caus i dnt have a 3g connection)!! hope u find my post useful and plz mark my answer as correct

As Nabendu Suggested, Chage the Network mode to only GSM , hope it wil help u ..If u still face the issue once try to repair the software with SUS

Thanks guys. Its working fine with the workaround. Hope the supporty team delivers the patch soon.
