Issue about Update Center and memory

Good evening! In the Update Center, it appears the information that I must update (16.0.B2.16) my cell phone, but I have tried several times and nothing happens. I have several applications to update and I believe, therefore,  i cannot make these updates. In addition, I also cannot update any programs, because the phone informs you that there isn´t enough memory.

You will need to free up phone memory if you want to be able to update the apps.

Good evening, Phy! Do you know any application on Google Play Store that has the purpose of detecting which programs occupy considerable space as in the phone memory? Does Sony mobile phones have some tool to release RAM? Thank U !!!

apps to Free up RAM will cause other issues, one of them will be that it will drain the battery faster and make other apps and Android unstable. 

With that said RAM it is NOT the same as Internal Storage

follow @uliwooly 's advice, you can check this, settings, apps, running and also cache services, as for the Memory, Uliwooly is right, but this should help you understand the differences

Good evening. I have recently inherited the experia e from my wife. A significant problem with memory, not allowing updates to apps. Antivirus says 85mb free. I require 15mb for update. However a message declaring insufficient space pops up. I won't require certain Google apps but cannot uninstall hangouts etc. Perhaps I should simply reset phone to factory settings. I would appreciate any suggestions. Many thanks.
