Can't connect to wifi

I've read all the previous topics about wifi problems but I haven't found a solution for my problem yet.  I can't connect to wifi networks,  although I tried several different ones, with good signal strength. I could connect to all the networks using other devices. I tried to disable stamina mode on my device and rebooting,  starting in safe mode, etc. When I try to connect to a new network,  after I type the password and click on connect nothing happens. Underneath the network's name it would say saved and secured but that's it. I'm out of ideas, can anybody help please?

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Have you tried connecting to different networks to see whether you get the same message with other networks or not?  If not please try this & also try connecting to any Free Wi-Fi hotspots you can e.g. Mcdonalds free Wi-Fi,  to see whether you can get a connection then. Let us know how it goes
