IS THIS FORUM EFFECTIVE? WILL THE SONY ERISCSON COMPANY ANSWERS OUR QUESTIONS? WILL THEY OFFER A RECALL OF THIS SO MUCH DEFECTIVE SATIO? SENDING OUR UNIT TO AUTHORIZED REPAIR CENTER DOESN'T HELP BECAUSE THE WHOLE UNIT HAS A LOT DEFECTS THAT HAS TO BE REPAIRED. MAYBE A 12.1 MEGAPIX CYBERSHOT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH A SYMBIAN OS OR WITH ITS MUSIC FEATURE...... SONY ERICSSON PLEASE ANSWER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you carefully go through the forum, you will find that almost all the post are about the problems we have with SE handsets.

I don't think SE is able to answer all the quaries.  I pity for the two moderators who are suppose to answer all the complaints.

If the same situations continue this forum will have a natural death and SE doesn't need to close it down.
