hi all, i just recently purchased xperia SP..
usually it's running great, but sometimes it just carshed leaving this kind of message "bug report failed no new crash data in dropbox"..
i don't know what's happened, especially since i haven't install dropbox in my SP.
whne it's happened usually i tried to force restart, since usually when this crash happened, i couldn't do anything,
sometimes it's freeze, sometimes it's just a HEAVY lag..
is there any possible solutions to fix this?
Is it when you run a certain app that crashes that you get this message?
Can you send me a PM with IMEI and software version of your phone? They're found under Settings -> About phone and Settings -> About phone -> Status.
There should be a new software available for your phone. Try updating/repairing the phones software using Update Service and see if that helps: http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/update%20service/

I've been tried to update this phone using the update app from my PC, but unfortunately the bug stil happening,
is it possible this bug is caused by a defect in the product or because the SIM card carrier,
i noticed the bug usually kicked in if i'm having trouble with 3G connection, like i'm on the travel or if the signal is not stable because of weather or inside building...
Do you still get this message if you turn off "Send usage info" under Settings -> Xperia -> Usage info settings?

i'm sorry, but under Xperia menu in settings, there;'s only these options :
1. about Playstation certified
2. dualshock 3 wireless controller
3. internet settings
4. screen mirroring
5. start mirrorlink
6. throw settings
7. USB connectivity
I couldn't find any menu about usage info....
Try: Settings > About Phone > Usage Info Settings.

I have this problem as well. What i did is uninstalled all the apps i have downloaded from market for the past weeks. This bug is really frustrating as it affects as well the flow of my messages. (e.g. A certain sender sent me a message at around 3AM, I have received his message at 12PM the same day) **bleep**! it is 9 hours delayed. Plus this bug cause my Xperia SP lags, heavily and often freezes.
In addition, the proposed solution of the support, i am really not sure why the Usage Info Setting is not available on the Settings > Xperia™ > Usage info settings and not available as well on the About Phone > Usage info settings .
From what i remember, I have saw this but now it is missing! :s
I hope sony supports can at least provided a solution on this issue. "bug report failed no new crash data in dropbox".

from this month my phone chargs soon and lose that very soon
aspcialy whan wifi is on ! sometimes i see this massage "bugreport failed..."
what should i do ?
