Is my experia Ark J2ME-enabled? How can I runMGMaps on this phone

My previous phone was Nokia N 97, & I was able to install MGMaps (a Java app) to have offline google maps of 32 cities of my country! with GPS navigation that showed my location & the space required on SD card was Just about 1 GB, now I have bought Experia ray which has google maps that can download just 10 mile radius maps for offline view, Many of the apps like Mapson do not offer maps of my area, I am desprate to have MGMaps on my phone. Can someone help? Is there an app for this?

I am from Pakistan, unfortunately none of the offline maps affer my area, a group of people have compiled google maps of my country for offline view & navigation using MGMaps (available at

http://pkmaps.freeforums.org/offline-google-maps-of-pakistan-for-symbian-phones-with-gps-t753.html )

that runs on Java phones, I miss it very badly on my Experia phone.

I have tried Mapson the maps are no good, this & other apps using 'Open street maps data do not show details of my country. Sygic & trakker seems good but costs $ 21 for Pakistan, I tried Rmaps which can use google maps data but crashes on my Experia ray, could you please suggest an app using Google maps data for offline use including GPS navigation that will work on my phone?

Regards
