internet problem

i reset settings in my phone today.. but the problem is that the internet is not working the connection point is airtel live n all.. there's no docomo connection point in my phone.. anybody knows any solution to this? thankyou.

Hi, power off and on phone, if this does not work, refer to the provided link and contact your Network Operator for the setting information.

I have the same problem! I had to factory reset my phone 4 times already cuz of the problem! But it keeps occurring everyday!
