internet problem on version 6.2.b.0.200

After phone up-dating to version 4.1 the Internet almost ceased to work at it. VERY seldom for a minute it arises and disappears again in independence of a communication quality and a used SIM card

. On the android 4.0 such problems weren't. What to do?
