internet prob.please help me

hi,i have a xperia neo v since seven months and it was good for me but now i have internet settings problem.itried many times download settings but still i cant because my phone couldnt downlad it and messege is coming

        'GO WWW.SONYERRICSSON.COM BY YOUR COMPUTER 'BROWSER FOR CORRECT INTERNET SETTINGS'

and i am not understand this,how it will be solve .Can any one help me please ,i will be very thankfull to you.

settings -> wireless & networks -> mobile networks -> access point names -> MENU -> add New

Settings > more > mobile networks > access point names > MENU > add New

Proxy: leave blank

Port: leave blank

Username:WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM

Password:CINGULAR1

Server: leave blank

MMSC: http://mmsc.cingular.com

MMS Proxy: wireless.cingular.com

MMS Port: 80

MCC:310

MNC:410

APN Type: leave blank

MENU -> Save
