Internet is not working....:(

I am using this phone for last 1 month.I used inernet for 15 days.Due to some problems i reset my phone.
But Inow inernet is not working on my phone.It says No internet and mms settings....Hw to gt it on again

Main Menu > Settings > Xperia > Internet Settings Download.
