Internet Connection Problem

 I had brought Xperia M (dual) 4 days before....it is not connecting to data packets. wi-fi is working fine, bit i am not able to use the 3g in my phone... i have switched on-off many times but the problem still persists...Nor it is showing the incoming-outgoing  data packets......

Hi there,

Have you checked your APN settings?

Go to > Wireless & networks > Internet settings.

If it doesn't work to download Internet settings as suggested above. Make sure that the old APN settings is removed under settings > more > mobile network > access point name. Also check that mobile data traffic is enabled.
