i have a sony expria e after a recent update i have lost internal memory storage and cant load apps or update exsisting apps can you advise me please
How come the data was erased?Are you sure you did not repair instead of update?
It hasnt deleated the memory it was a large update taking up a lot of internal memory so that i cant use my apps as it keeps coming up saying INTERNAL MEMORY IS LOW wont let me update apps as its not got enough memory left what can i do ??
You shouldn't have memory problems with firmware as it has a special place in the memory.
