Intermittent connectivity issue on mobile data traffic

If I surf during connectivity via mobile data traffic, I always encounter connection time out, the page not fully loaded and such which I need to refresh my browser a few times on order to load any web page properly. I do not have this issue when my phone is connecting to wifi. Any idea?

Does that happen with all websites or just few websites, if the later it could be a firewall preventing you from accessing certain websites

It is for all websites. The weird thing is that everything is fine if I connected to wifi

What if you try this

settings > apps > all > chrome > clear everything

also try a different browser (opera, HD dolphin, etc)

No it does not solve because this issue is not only for web browsing. Even when I tried to search for app in google play also the connection is not stable.

As this issue only occurs when my phone is on mobile data, are you sure you want to see my computer wifi speed?

I think you want to see my phone speedtest.net when Im on mobile data traffic, right?

Yes, my bad
