I have xperia sola which is not rooted. After i did the ICS update the phone's performance has reduced drastically. It often hangs when a call comes or just during standby. It takes some time to load messages or phone app. I heard that ICS is little heavy for 512 MB of ram and so is Sony's UI. I want to try using the Android ICS's native UI provided by google. How do I go about changing the UI .I know the phone has to be rooted. But Could you help with how to do it?
