Installation failed in contacts setup

Hello, i tried to install PC Companion and connected my phone , a Live Walkman, recognized by the Software, but when i tried to use the Contacts setup the program replied installation was not possible. I tried a fee times always with the same problem. Can anyone help me?

Could be that your firewall is blocking the download of Contacts setup, or if you're on a corporate computer with restrictions.

Check your firewall or if you have admin rights on the computer.
