incoming calls blocking no answer

hi

for 4 days i have this problem, the incoming calls are blocked and i just know when i get the msg for the call, i went to the provider ( orange ) they put some code  #330*0000#

they fixed for 1 day then i have the problem again, im not blocking any call or activate any block, just i cant  get the calls

when i go to settings and try to see if i have some incoming block say " disable" but when i want to delete all the blocking so far i dont have it i dont know the code

please help me
