Incoming call ringing doesn't work

All incoming calls and music sound doesn't work because last update.

Could you be more specific? 

Settings > about phone > diagnostics > test the phone.

The Xperia P was released before we developed the Xperia Diagnostics tools, but you can install it directly from the Play Store. Here is a link to that app. 

Can you let us know what the result of the diagnostic test for the loudspeaker is please.
