Incoming call problem

I bought Xperia L in July 13, but initially there was no issue with the handset.

But now, suddenly there is problem with incoming calls.

Whenever an incoming call comes, it will be just one ring in my phone and after that it will disconnect and shows like miss call, but for the person who is calling, it will be the full ring.

Kindly tell me the solution for this ASAP.

Do you use any call manager or blocking app? Some antiviruses have such options. If not, then try running your phone in safe mode: http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/FAQ/How-to-boot-your-phone-into-safe-mode/m-p/348008#U348008

If problem does not appear in safe mode, then some third party app is interfering, uninstall it.

If problem persists in safe mode, then the problem is either network related - contact your operator, or a firmware problem - repair your phone using Sony Update Service.
