Hi, wondering if someone could help me. I have had xperia z for a week or so, realised when I was making a call, when I moved the handset up to my ear, the screen goes black, as you would expect. However, when i bring the phone back down, the screen is not flashing back up so I can't access any of the features like the key pad, end call or speakerphone. Even when I press the power button the screen does not return until the other person hangs up.
I went to the shop who recommended a system restore and update the software using the PC companion. I have done so but this has not fixed the problem. Has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone know how to fix it? Should I get a replacement or will it be the same again?
