I did long press at the beginning, there was no apps to kill...

Open up some apps then kill them?

how about hard reset (Press and hold volume up & power button) if you can take a video of all that it'll be greatly appreciated

Tried killing all apps, same, need to wait about 2 seconds. Is ticking forcing GPU usable? Anyway, looks no difference to me.
