Hello, I'm from Belarus. My SI number 1247-8196. It has been almost three months since released Android 4.0, but an update for my phone has not come yet.

as you can read on the SI number thread Sony won't answer that question, there are some networks who are not going to update their phoens, is or was your phone locked to a network? if it is/was contact them, as its up to them to add their bloatware > retest it > then release it

If i was able to update to .431 unlocked, i can update to .587, no?

My phone is MT11i (Romania), i think was unlocked when i bought it, because i can insert any sim.

What ? Neo V it's on the list. It's in the announcement. The 4.1.b.0.587, not JB.
