ICS : Corrective update coming before Jelly Bean ?

Yes, this is the answer someone gave me at sony mobile's online tchat assistance. There would be a corrective update to the desastrous ICS upgrade I guess a lot of us hates. And this would happen before the JB first update ! But when ? It seems that with Sony we never know...
I'm gonna contact a frenche consummers association to find out if we can join and pressure togethet to speed up things !

She told me that it was the only solution I had, to wait for it. Seriously ?

She also confirmed that if I get back to GB by myself, meaning I'd have to unlock the bootloader, I'd lose the warranty.

So, i can just put my phone in my culo and wait until after the end of the world...

Thanks Sony, my phone is often nearly not usable... for 280€, that's really nice !

you do NOT have to unlock your bootloader to downgrade at all.

click on downgrade

why don't you take it to a Sony repair center and ask them to downgrade your phone, can you elaborate on the issues on your Xperia Go?

what is there to confirm, that's a newer update that could be released soon and it could be just for specific countries and/or carriers.
