please help me how to revert my SE Xperia Neo - SI 1246-7758.

sony service center is too far from us here, i cant go there let them revert my phone for me.

i want to revert back tmy phone to GB.

Also, i'm having a problem with the touchscreen when playing some games. touchscreen not functioning well, and the battery, when it's on use, it consumes a lot of battery power more than when it's still on GB. back then, the battery can stay up to 2day or more even if you're using wifi, gps, playing games and etc., but now, just a day.

first users complain that the update it's not available now they don't want it

you have 2 options

1) take it to a sony repair center

or

2) manually downgrade
