I have just upgraded to lollipop cant get speech to text on offline

I have got a z1 compact I just upgraded to lollipop now I can't get offline speech to text.I have tried settings then Voice offline speech.I get the option of english uk if I click on that I get cancel or uninstall I have uninstalling and then reinstalling but this doesn't work.the other option is us english pre installed that doesn't work either.all used to work fine on kitkat.can anybody help please

I might be wrong but I thought there wasn't offline text to speech, contact Sony directly
