It could be an app acting up or it could be a protective case that might be pressing some keys and/or touching the screen, or it could be that if you applied a screen protector film it might have air bubbles and its causing this issues. Do you have any of the above?

If you tried restoring your phone using PCC and that didn't work, it may be a screen protector or the screen may be malfunctioning due to damage.
