Bluetooth M600 Headset doens't work with Xperia Z

My M600 is not recognized by my new Xperia Z.

And there seems to be no special install feature on the Z ??

Or am I doing something wrong?

Have you put the MW600 in pairing mode before searching for devices from the Z?

If not, try it. Settings > Bluetooth > Pairing (on the headset).
