i cant use google paley store.

i cant use google play store. when i click play store after some time show the phone monitor connection time out. thats why i am unable to download new apps from store. plz help me.........

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

First of all, remove your Google account under settings > accounts > Google > press the Gmail address > menu button > remove account. Clear data for Google Play and Google Play services under settings > apps >  all > clear data. 

Restart your phone, open Google Play and add your Gmail address again.

1. Phone now connected to Wi-Fi or Mobile data? Make sure only one is switched ON and confirm Internet is working.

2. As suggested above, remove and re-add Google account.
