I can't sart up my Xperia T

Hi people! I update android system this morning and a few hour later, screen turn black. I've reseted the phone, but then it just loading and loading, and then reset by itself again and again..:/ Please help me to solve this problem..thank u!

Connect to wall socket,charge for 1 hour,force shutdown(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates 3 times).Repair with SUS after:

Maybe i didnt explain well, but my point is that i cant start up system, and the phone restarting itself constantly...and i cant do anything about it.

Just try to force shutdown as I have told you in my upper post,the phone should respond to that combination.

I've alredy done that before, when my screen turn black, it respond, and afther that i tried to turn on, but he  respodnd by autorestarting. Hm...

And if you try it again,it still restarts?Just do the combiation and do not try to turn on the phone.

Yes it stil restarts. Ok i done combination and connect to wall socket. What next?

Ok. But could u explain me how to repair by the Sony Update Service, because i can't connect it by usb when phone is off. Thanks for your time!

Sony update service will need the phone turned off.It will tell you to connect to the usb cable with volume down button pressed,where it checks your firmware.After that,you should be able to reinstall the software.
