Double Android

Hello, guys. I am from Russia and my English not so good. But sorry , i need help 

Yesterday i upgrade my xperia z1 to Android 4.4 KitKat . It was big mistake , i have sound problem... I want patch

But there is 1 more problem

System Andorid and OC Android .      Why there are two? Is it normal?

A patch has been released - It will be available to all but you may have to wait untill it is released in your country and or network

But why i have 2 OC Android, It is take my % of battery

I don't understand what OC means - To me it means over clock which implies your phone has a modification - Untill your image is aprooved I can't give any answer that would help

An Android 4.3 i have only one . but now this is two

I also have two android. I don't know why.
OC is OS (operating system) but on russia alphabet

Android OS is the low-level kernel, while Android System is the higher-level OS service layer

All phones of many makes have this so it's not a sony thing
