I can't open apps!

My Ram is always like 10 MB and I have very little apps, 90 percent of them is games, they dont really consume RAM, i really don't know what is, I cannot use apps, they all crash after about 30 seconds, when i close an app the launcher redraws every time, even when I open settings they keep crashing and when I close them launcher also redraws. My led bar glows about 30 seconds and then turns off because it's forgotten when I set it to always on. When I mimize Walkman my songs keep playing for a minute and they stop, when I open Walkman they start over, and the Led bar pulsates only for a minute when I minimize Walkman, and that's horrible because I bought the phone mostly for the Led bar, so it can pulsate while listening to heaphones (so people know I am better then them :D) and every app is immediately closed after pressing the Home button. Restarts don't help. So, how do I fix it?
Btw while typing this Chrome crashed like 7 times and I had to copy text all the time)

Games DO consume/use up RAM, you might have an app or apps acting up, uninstall any

taskiller

antivirus

task managers

ram apps

booster apps

You can restart your phone on safe mode and check again

I don't have any of these, booting in safe mode does not really make a difference, there is ~150 Mb ram

It doesn't make sense, just repair your phone with PCC

Actually, I solved the problem in a better way, I towelrooted and downloaded Roehsoft RAM Expander (the apk, of course), and expanded my RAM to 4 GB and now it's perfect. Launcher did not redraw, not even once, multitasking actually became normal, and my phone is now way faster and back to normal. Thanks anyway, uliwooly
