I am unable to use mobile data. But the the data is ON. How to resolve it?

I got my new xperia ion on may 1st. And i switched on mobile data package (3G). But the browser, google play store, maps, etc., are not getting loaded. But when I use my sim in other 3G device it is working fine. So my mobile operator concluded its problem with my mobile only. Please do let me know how to resolve the problem

do you have the correct APN settings? is your SIM card 3G ?

settings > more > mobile networks > access point names > menu > add New > enter the info > menu > save

Yes, every setting is correct. even i cross checked with my mobile operator.

how old is the SIM card? do you have AT&T?

no i dont have AT&T.. sim is nearly 10 months old..
