how to update xperia sola to ics on pc companion!?

i can't update my xperia sola (2.3.7) to ics on pc companion. i tried a lot.:smileycry:  it says i got latest software updates. :smileyshocked::smileyangry: (it was "6.0.B.3.184" )

how can i get ics on my phone? ( to "6.1.1.B.1.54" )
