friends , i m unable to connect my experia u with laptop (already loaded pc compainon) even after connecting it with laptop (via usb) massage appers that device is not connected. what to do now ? i want to transfer my all contect , vedio etc.
I share your frustration - sometimes it works for me and others it doesn't - I'm so fed up with this Xperia Arc S issue! and to try and get assistanace is impossible - these forums are no help whatsoever. Where is a Sony technician with the answers? Even when my PC does recognise the connection with the device I still can't get my photos uploaded. Am ready to go get a Samsung Galaxy!
