How to Sync & Reverse Sync between iTunes (PC) and Xperia ?

I can add songs from itunes to android SD but can I sync between itunes and xperia z1c? I mean when I remove a song from itunes will it remove from my phone too when i connect? Or when i remove a song from my phone will it remove from the itunes?
