how to swap phone internal memory to RAM

Hi Everybody, 

I have rooted my Xperia U. But my RAM is still showing 388MB.As a Superuser I can use my internal memory as RAM.

Please can somebody will tell me how to swap phone internal memory as RAM after rooting Xperia U?

Xperia U does not support SD card so what to do to increase the size of RAM? cause performance is not good even after rooting device. 

What is way to increase the RAM size in Xperia U?

antivirus

ram apps

battery apps

booster apps 

you can root your phone and uninstalled preloaded apps

Thanks for your concern, But I have already rooted my phone.I'm having superuser rights.

in Xperia U showing same memory status 388MB even after rooting I want to use full RAM and want to increase the RAM size using sdcard memory using swapping.

Is anybody have an idea to do this, Please share your idea here.

But it is not possible,the two memories are independent and cannot be switched...

it is possible,,, use simple root swap,,, search it in google play,,, am also using it on Xperia U ICS
