Can't install apps

Hi there

I have a problem a bit weird and difficult to explain

I can't install apps that I dowload from Firefox/Chrome/UC Browser etc... it not about the permissions, its just that when I have to push ''Install'' it doesn't respond, it seems like a screen touch problem but is not, I can push anywhere else, I can push ''cancell'', but not ''install''. don't know what is going on, I hope you understand me, please help me

This is not a Warez forum, you should download apps from the playstore as this will give you versions that are compatible with your phone and without the risk of malware
