How to solve Sony Xperia E1 restarting issue.

This issue is currently faced by a lot of innocent users out there.

I faced the same issue and finally found a solution for it.

This restarts in Xperia phones are caused due to battery being loosely held.

Remove your bak cover and put a piece of paper so that your battery is tightly held in its place.

This is also a message for Sony mobiles.

- Please make your battery size in such a fashion that it is held tightly and correctly in its place.

Otherwise the issues that are being caused due to it will take you down to a spiral twist.

Remove the SIM and check if the same occurs.

Hey Guys
I'm an Xperia E1 user and issue is due to low ram space. The only thing we could do right now is reduce the number of app that runs on the background like battery saver, Facebook etc and always clear the cache and junk files.

Sony has promised to give us Kitkat update. Kitkat rom uses low ram. So let's hope it will solve the problem.

I write this post right now being so angry with sony and cursing the day I bought the xperia e1. first of all I am not hating on sony, I had a K800i back in the day and it is still the best phone I have ever had. the e1 is my second sony phone and probably the last. so here we go. 13 days ago I bought the xperia e1 and as soon as I turned it on I noticed that battery was draining way too fast, about 15-20 percent per hour. and this was before I installed any apps. I thought battery life would improve after a few charging cycles but it didn't. it was miserable. I had to charge twice per day at least. phone kept restarting for no **bleep** reason. it restarted a few times when I was checking sms, it restarted a few times unlocking the screen, it even got into a few restart loops where it would restart 4-5 times before it stabilized. after a restart battery would fall by 20%. the phone was restarting 5-6 times per day even when it wasn't being used. I even tried using the phone in safe mode to verify it wasn't any of my apps. after 4 glorious minutes in safe mode it crashed again. once the screen just wouldn't light up. pressing the power button did nothing. I tried calling myself to wake the screen. it was ringing on the calling side but the xperia didn't ring or light up. when I removed the battery and restarted it didn't even show I had missed calls. after a few days of complaining about the battery life and the random restarting on sony's twitter account they recommended i repair the phone using pc companion. I went ahead and did that. at first it seemed the issues were fixed. the next day the random crashing and restarting once again started. battery life seemed a bit better but still miserable. the touchscreen sometimes registers my touch on the opposite side of the display. apps keep force closing. not even stamina mode was helping. today was the last straw. after the phone once again crashed and restarted it said sd card was unexpectedly removed. it wasn't! tried mounting it again to no avail. now the memory card is corrupted and had to be formatted. the worst thing is I had pictures of my girlfriend and my deceased father which I now don't have anymore. thank you so much sony. I can't even describe how sad I am right now because of the pictures. and angry because of the miserable "phone" sony has crafted. Now I will try trading it in for a LG L70. same price for better specs. I hope they take this piece of **bleep** back. if not I will have to try and sell it so I can get a decent phone. **bleep** my life right?

Same problem here: low RAM memory causes restarts. Nothing new in android world.
I have this phone and an Xperia L. Now I'm very convinced that Sony don't care at all about the quality of its services.

Such a miserable decision to release a phone with low RAM memory when you know that you can't optimize it properly, Sony.
