how to root Sony arc s

I have Sony arc s running ics 4.0.4.....but the build no or firmware is 4.1.L.0.8 but every one running ics has this firmware. 4.1.B.0.587.....so what to do now does one click root works on my firmware also???....if not then suggest me what to do...pls help me guys...pls pls
