i mean how to manual put an IP address ,, ?

There is no option unfortunately

You will have to try to search for an app in google play

The app may need root acess as well

after posting this question i searched in the phone and i found the answer myself ,,,

i think you must ask before answering people in this way ,,

i'll tell how to do that ,,,

press on wifi option in the settings ,, then you'll find your connection name ,, click and hold on the connection's name ,, and select modify network

then go down you'll find an option called "show advanced options"

after clicking it ,, click DHCP and change it to "Static"

then you'll find the ip address fileds ,, just type your IP and gatway ,,, etc ,,
