Have you tried updating/repairing your phone with our program Sony PC Companion? If not, please try. You can get the program from the link below.

my xperia neo l os also delete , i m trying to repaire from pc companion but its not working my phone is dead it countinuesly restart its showing sony logo and agine restart pls pls tell me what i do

Try repair using PCC or SUS.. If that does not work, Flash the rom manually using flashtool
