I got my phone thru amazon. Warranty is good till 2017. The phone works I was getting calls. But the screen is shattered and is non responsive. I found that I can get the screen repaired free of charge thru geek squad. But need proof of sales? I have all the in box paperwork. But I don't know what they mean by proof of sales. And I don't remember what email I used. I have no clue what exactly it needs to say or look like that shows proof of Sale.
So my question.
Where should I look into to figure this out?

I am sorry to hear about your experience with your Sony Mobile product.

To get a proof of purchase your best point of contact will be the retailer you purchased it from. I recommend you contact Amazon to see if they can provide this to you.

That is needed differs from region to region but in general the proof of purchase should contain the date of purchase, the amount you paid, the IMEI serial number, and the name of the retailer.
