How to create a new folder in the memory card for Xperia XA dual

I downloaded the app File commander but I can not create a new folder in Stogare or sd card. Always have a message: Error could not create folder. I need help

Did you grant it write access when you installed the app?

I don't know So how do grant writing for it, I tried to download a few other file management apps but  all can not create a new folder

Try resetting the app, you should be able to get the permissions back.

To do this please go to Settings > Apps > File Commander > Force Stop > Storage > Clear Data.
