How to create a backup of my all applications in sony xperia miro?

I'm trying keep back up of all my apps in sony xperia miro.Can anyone help me how to do this.

If you would like to back the apps up on the handset, I suggest that you download and use Astro File Manager. This can be downloaded from the Play Store for free.

Is there an option in the PC companion to create a complete backup of my phone (including contacts, sms, music files, pictures, movies, browser favourites, apps) on my PC?

Previous version of the PC companion had this option of backup and restore. I do not want to use the Astro File Manager.

also download Google Plus if you don't have it and sync all your pictures and videos to the clouds, make sure you set it up to only upload when you are on wifi.

you can backup your pictures, videos, music with BOX (free 50GB)

also check Google Music you can upload up to 20,000 songs.
