How can I choose the app that starts with the hands-free?

My problem is that, in Germany it is "Sprachwahl", not working properly.

It only understands English, unfortunately, even with names.

I would like to use the voice search(german: "Sprachsuche") when I'm working with the hands-free
But how can I set this?

You can only chose which app to start when connecting a headset, I don't think you can change the default application which should be used when pressing the key on the headset unfortunately.
