I am asking this as all the back up apps require an SD card and you can't insert an SD card in my Xperia version!
if you downloaded your app/games from google play, you have already a backup of it on google play servers. but if you are talking about the data of the app/games, unfortunately they will be gone.
there's a way to back it up but you have to root and use other apps.
